Charter Films expands successful source reduction efforts.

Charter Films, Inc.—Superior, WI—has announced that it has been successful with source reduction efforts for its converting customers and plans to continue to expand on this initiative. Charter Films is equipped with real time
on-line gauging control for all of its film lines, allowing production of
sealant films with superior gauge profile and tight tolerance to
specifications.

The unmatched level of confidence provided to Charter's
converting customers has allowed them to proceed with lighter gauge sealant
films in their finished laminations. This, in turn, allows Charter Film's
customers the ability to meet the demands of brand owners for source
reduction and cost control that are so prevalent in today's flexible
